What’s included in your service price?
Our standard service fee is all-inclusive of workshop sundries and basic maintenance lubricants. This includes all spray grease, silicone sprays, penetrating oils used to service your chassis, steadies, and moving parts.

What is charged separately?
Any physical replacement parts, hardware, or components required to complete a repair or pass inspection are not included in the base service price. Items such as gas pigtails, regulators, fuses, water pumps, and plumbing pipes will be quoted and billed separately.

We’ll thoroughly check everything included in the service. If we find any additional issues, we’ll let you know and offer a clear quote. Any extra work is completely your choice, with no pressure at all.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, Thompson's Caravan Services accepts a range of secure payment methods, including bank transfer, cash, and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
